Sample eligibility
The prototype illustrates a 30-day return window for eligible delivered items in unused condition with their original components. Personal-care exclusions, damaged-item handling and actual eligibility must be confirmed before launch.
Requesting a return
Open your demo order, select Request Return, choose an item and tell us why. A local confirmation updates your demo order status. No collection is booked.
Refunds in this prototype
There is no actual payment to refund. Returned and cancelled examples show sample communication only. Future refund methods, timing, inspection and fees need approval.
