Orders: Can I shop without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available throughout this prototype. Your order is saved only in this browser, and no real purchase is made.
Orders: Where can I find my order?
After placing a demo order, select View Order on the confirmation page. Your local orders also appear in the simulated account order history.
Payments: Which payment methods can I explore?
Try UPI, a test-only card, a sample netbanking option or eligible Cash on Delivery. No real payment is collected. Use shopper@demo for UPI success or decline@demo to explore failure and retry.
Payments: Can I try a discount code?
Use GPS10 for a demonstration 10% merchandise discount, capped at ₹250. It cannot be combined with another code.
Delivery: How are delivery fees calculated?
In this demo, standard delivery is ₹49, or free when merchandise is at least ₹999 after discounts. Eligible express delivery is ₹99. These values are illustrative.
Delivery: Why is my PIN code unavailable?
This is a local simulation, not a live courier check. Six-digit PINs beginning 1–8 are serviceable in the demo; PINs beginning 9 show recovery messaging.
Returns: How can I request a return?
Open a delivered demo order, select Request Return, choose the item and reason, then submit. No parcel is collected and no real refund is issued.
Products: How should I care for my products?
Each product page includes a material-specific care guide. Read it before use and let items dry fully between uses. Demonstration specifications must be confirmed before sale.
Sustainability and Materials: Does a natural material make a product sustainable?
Not by itself. Useful life, sourcing, manufacturing, care, transport and disposal all matter. We avoid blanket environmental claims and encourage specific questions.
Account: How does demo sign-in work?
Use the one-click demo access or request the displayed sample OTP 123456. No SMS or email is sent, and no authentication provider is connected.
Account: Where is my information stored?
Only in this browser when local storage is available. The prototype does not send forms, addresses, cart data or orders to a server.
Orders: What if checkout is interrupted?
Your non-sensitive checkout details and cart remain in this browser. Return to checkout to continue. Payment details are never saved.
